Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure solutions including cloud networks and cybersecurity protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy enterprise software and optimize system performance
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and implement DevOps best practices
- Monitor system security, conduct vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for team training
- Stay current with emerging technologies through continuous learning and certification
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), or cybersecurity
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain government-mandated certifications
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in incident response and disaster recovery
