Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across resort amenities including pools, restaurants, and recreational facilities
- Maintain immaculate facility cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with event setup and guest coordination for seasonal activities
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale systems accurately
- Collaborate with diverse team members to ensure seamless operations
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship with valid documentation
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends/holidays
- Physical stamina for standing and walking throughout shifts
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Basic computer literacy and point-of-sale experience
