Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including corn, soybeans, and vegetables
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely and efficiently
- Perform irrigation system maintenance and field monitoring
- Apply organic fertilizers and pest control treatments per EPA guidelines
- Sort, pack, and prepare harvested produce for distribution
- Maintain farm equipment and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 2 years prior farm/agricultural experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Valid driver's license (preferred for equipment operation)
- Flexible schedule including weekends and early mornings
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to relocate to Minneapolis area during season
