Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse operations including material handling, packaging, and inventory management
- Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow instructions from supervisors for task completion
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Eligible for EB3 visa sponsorship (permanent residency sponsorship available)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic communication skills in English
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Valid work authorization in the US or willingness to relocate
