Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Greet all visitors and clients warmly, manage the sign-in process, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Phone Support: Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, screen calls, and take accurate messages.
- Administrative Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Document Management: Maintain organized filing systems and assist with data entry and document preparation.
- Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area pristine, restock supplies, and ensure the lobby is welcoming.
- Client Assistance: Answer general inquiries and provide basic information about our services to walk-in clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a front desk administrative role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to use standard office equipment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
