Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and message routing
- Greet and assist visitors promptly, providing outstanding customer service
- Coordinate meeting room scheduling and calendar management for executive team
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages with accurate tracking
- Maintain professional reception area appearance and inventory of supplies
- Support HR and administrative tasks including onboarding documentation
- Collaborate with IT department for equipment troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
