Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using Python/React
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Optimize system performance through continuous testing and debugging
- Contribute to API design and microservices architecture
- Mentor junior engineers through our buddy program
- Participate in hackathons and innovation workshops
- Lead code reviews to maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in software development with Python/JavaScript
- Experience with AWS/Azure cloud platforms
- Proficiency in Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills with portfolio showcasing projects
- Excellent English communication abilities
- Eligibility for US work authorization (visa sponsorship available)
