Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems across international offices
- Provide technical support to diverse global teams via remote and on-site channels
- Develop cybersecurity protocols to protect multinational data assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud infrastructure solutions
- Create documentation for IT processes in multiple languages
- Train staff on new technologies and systems integration
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical escalations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support
- Proficiency in English and one additional language (Spanish, Mandarin, or Japanese preferred)
- Valid work authorization or willingness to relocate with visa sponsorship
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools (Slack, MS Teams)
