Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to international clients
- Resolve inquiries efficiently using multilingual skills (English + additional languages valued)
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems
- Participate in quarterly cultural competency workshops
- Contribute to process improvements for diverse customer needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient English communication skills (written/spoken)
