Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings including ER, Med-Surg, and ICU units
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress with EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and state nursing regulations
- Provide patient education on disease management and preventive care protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida or compact state (visa sponsorship available for international candidates)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in US healthcare setting
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EPIC a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and cultural competency
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling including nights/weekends
