Responsibilities
- Perform seasonal maintenance and landscaping duties at residential and commercial properties
- Assist with event setup and tear-down for Henderson's seasonal festivals
- Operate light machinery and equipment following safety protocols
- Maintain accurate work records and daily progress reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet seasonal deadlines
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 6 months prior landscaping/construction experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
