Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse operations including inventory management, pallet stacking, and order fulfillment
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following safety protocols
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments with attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cross-training programs to develop new skills
- Report equipment malfunctions and workplace hazards promptly
Qualifications
- No formal education or prior experience required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
