Responsibilities
- Install and configure specialized technical equipment at client sites
- Perform preventive maintenance and system diagnostics
- Train clients on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Document service activities using digital reporting tools
- Collaborate with remote engineering teams for complex issues
- Manage inventory of provided tools and replacement parts
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment in optimal condition
Qualifications
- Technical certification or associate degree in electronics/mechanical field
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in diagnostic software and tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied environments
- Basic English proficiency (full support provided)
