Role Overview:
As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for executing high-quality repairs and maintenance services for our valued clients across the Wichita area. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction on every call.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on commercial and industrial equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately to determine necessary repairs or replacements.
- Ensure all work is completed in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Document all service calls, parts used, and labor hours accurately in our digital management system.
- Interact professionally with clients to explain technical issues and solution options.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in a technical or trade-related field.
- Valid Driverās License and a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Willingness to travel within the Wichita metro area.
