Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and networking equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to end-users, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service logs, work orders, and technical documentation.
- Travel to client sites within the designated region efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with the central support team to escalate complex issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical environments.
- Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, VLANs) is a significant plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
