Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain industrial equipment including forklifts, aerial lifts, and power tools
- Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance
- Document service reports and equipment performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members on equipment installations and repairs
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Provide on-site customer training for equipment operation
- Participate in continuous skills development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
