Responsibilities
- Harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits) using proper techniques
- Operate farm equipment under supervision (tractors, irrigation systems)
- Assist with planting, weeding, and field maintenance tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and quality standards
- Participate in team-based harvesting operations
- Report crop conditions and equipment issues promptly
Qualifications
- No prior agricultural experience required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
