Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, including memos, emails, and presentations.
- Screen incoming calls and visitors, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, agendas, and meeting documentation.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative or executive support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
