Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage complex calendars for senior executives, including scheduling meetings, coordinating conference calls, and resolving scheduling conflicts with precision.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries, ensuring cost-effectiveness and comfort.
