Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel logistics with precision.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls and drafting professional correspondence.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and distribute high-level presentations, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Meeting Support: Take minutes during executive meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up actions are documented and assigned.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supplies inventory, manage vendor relationships, and assist with general reception duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or executive support role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent business training is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace; experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Superior time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
