Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange conference calls with internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for the office, screening calls and managing correspondence to ensure timely responses.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, and confidential documents with absolute precision.
- Event Coordination: Organize company events, team building activities, and client meetings from concept to execution.
- Administrative Support: Process expense reports, maintain office supplies, and handle general clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative or office management role.
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
