Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling conference calls.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and internal documents with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Coordinate and oversee office operations, including managing office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, off-sites, and executive meetings.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and strategic planning meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar high-level support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Experience with project management tools and CRM software is a plus.
