Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage complex executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate internal and external appointments, and prepare meeting agendas and materials.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation; process expense reports accurately and on time.
