Responsibilities

- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using MS Office Suite
- Oversee travel arrangements and expense reporting with meticulous attention to detail
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Implement office procedures and optimize workflow efficiency
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative staff
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement for office operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in a corporate environment
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Proven discretion handling sensitive information and confidential matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with project coordination and event planning
