Responsibilities
- Assist in the logistical planning and execution of large-scale events in the Houston metropolitan area.
- Manage on-site registration desks and ensure smooth guest check-ins with a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with event managers to ensure all safety protocols and venue requirements are met.
- Provide high-quality customer service to attendees, vendors, and clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment before, during, and after events.
- Perform light physical duties including lifting, setting up tables/chairs, and moving equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on event demands.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
