Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain industrial equipment according to manufacturer specifications
- Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues using diagnostic tools and software
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to maximize equipment lifespan
- Document service reports and maintain accurate maintenance logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of equipment maintenance experience
- Technical certification or degree in mechanical/electrical engineering
- Valid work authorization for USA employment (visa sponsorship available)
- Proficiency in diagnostic software and precision measurement tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Basic English proficiency (additional language skills a plus)
