Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely operate standard industrial equipment and machinery as trained.
- Packaging & Assembly: Perform assembly line tasks, including packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.
- Material Handling: Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and conveyors using hand trucks or forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards and identify any defects.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing storage areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe workplace.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and floors.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to participate in the EB3 visa sponsorship process.
- Education: High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Language: Basic English proficiency is required to follow safety instructions and communicate with the team.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills are essential.
- Work History: No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training.
