Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package shipments using barcode scanners and digital systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts after completing our paid certification program
- Maintain inventory records through our user-friendly warehouse management software
- Collaborate with cross-cultural teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized workspaces
- Participate in monthly English language and technical skills workshops
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide full training!
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation
- Valid work authorization or willingness to pursue visa sponsorship
- High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable transportation to our Memphis facility
