Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve technical issues and answer inquiries.
- Log and track all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system with high attention to detail.
- Identify and troubleshoot software and hardware problems, escalating complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical updates to provide accurate support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction scores and product usability.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with diverse client bases.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
