Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person help desk.
- Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new hires on company software and security protocols.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential technical bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement system upgrades and patches.
Qualifications
