Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding technical products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our ticketing system accurately.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex issues and learn advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Provide clear, concise, and friendly explanations to non-technical customers.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new software tools and internal systems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; a degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy (ability to navigate Windows/Mac OS and use the internet).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
