Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and target potential candidates for open technical positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing tools and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse individuals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer navigation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- A drive to succeed, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for occasional client meetings).
