Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic software, hardware, and network connectivity issues.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system.
- Learn and utilize our proprietary software tools under the guidance of senior mentors.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify process improvements and solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and knowledge of company products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Chula Vista, CA (Relocation package provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and complete training programs.
