Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify business opportunities.
- Engage with potential clients through direct outreach, including networking events and cold calls.
- Present product demonstrations and explain the value proposition to new customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and team building activities.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- No prior sales experience required; we provide full training.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Must have reliable transportation and be available to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
