Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers entering the store with a positive and professional attitude.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their specific needs and preferences.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a great shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- No prior retail experience is required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
