Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering general inquiries about store policies and products.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, including handling cash, credit, and gift cards.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Learn and demonstrate product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
