Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under RN supervision (bathing, feeding, vital monitoring)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
- Document patient observations and care accurately in EMR systems

- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Support patient education and emotional well-being
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (international credentials accepted)
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills in English (written/spoken)
