Responsibilities
- Assist registered nurses with daily patient care activities including bathing, feeding, and mobility support
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and report changes to clinical staff
- Prepare patients for examinations, treatments, and medical procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Support infection control protocols and maintain sterile environments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in continuous training and skill development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of nursing assistant or similar program preferred but not mandatory
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship (international candidates welcome)
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required (training provided)
