Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to 500+ employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS workstations and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory administration
- Assist with network infrastructure setup including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles for team reference
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability scanning and patch management
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems
- Eligible for US work visa sponsorship (H-1B, O-1, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ within first 6 months of employment
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server room environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site equipment pickups
