Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage and document help desk tickets accurately and in a timely manner using our ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and standard software applications for end-users.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine system checks to prevent issues before they arise.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement technical solutions and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows & Mac).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
