Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees regarding hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity problems and printer failures.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
