Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems
- Document IT incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system uptime
- Assist in cybersecurity protocols and access management
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Participate in IT infrastructure improvement projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Customer service orientation with strong communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues systematically
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) preferred
