As an Entry Level IT Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to technical expert for our clients, resolving hardware/software issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Document technical procedures, user interactions, and troubleshooting steps
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and security protocols
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
- Assist with inventory management of IT assets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and security practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (or willingness to obtain)
