Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues on Windows/macOS systems
- Assist with network connectivity, security protocols, and cloud services
- Document troubleshooting processes and maintain IT knowledge base
- Support hardware deployments and software installations across departments
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system improvements
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 1+ years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS)
