Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal teams via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document IT processes and maintain asset inventory
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical projects
- Participate in cross-departmental tech initiatives
- Support office network infrastructure maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not required)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Basic familiarity with Windows/macOS operating systems
