Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install and configure workstations, laptops, and peripherals
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including VPNs
- Document IT incidents using ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data backups
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex projects
- Train end-users on company software systems
Qualifications
