Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with network troubleshooting, security protocols, and system backups
- Document technical issues and solutions using ITSM tools
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Conduct regular system audits and preventive maintenance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking concepts, and security principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- CompTIA A+ certification or similar is a plus
- Valid driver's license required for occasional on-site support
