Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Install and configure workstations, networks, and security systems
- Provide remote and on-site technical support via ticketing systems
- Document incidents, solutions, and inventory in CRM databases
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting projects
- Conduct regular system updates and preventative maintenance
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Customer service experience with problem-solving aptitude
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and travel to client sites
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
