Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software deployments.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the Help Desk database.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
