Your Role:
As an Entry Level IT Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for technical support. Your primary goal will be to assist employees with daily IT challenges, ensuring business continuity and a positive user experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Log and track all support requests in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Perform routine maintenance on workstations, printers, and network peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software across the organization.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to learn and implement IT best practices and security protocols.
- Conduct user training sessions on new software tools and security policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
